These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and par98 governing your use of the par98 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account features, and payment services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

par98 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all account registrations. Age verification is conducted during the registration process. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance held pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one active par98 account. Creating duplicate accounts, operating accounts on behalf of others, or sharing accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.
All par98 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. Conversion from foreign currencies may apply an exchange rate at the time of the transaction. par98 does not charge hidden conversion fees on PKR transactions.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits issued by par98 are subject to wagering requirements and expiry conditions. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Full bonus terms are provided at the point of offer.
par98 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any account found to be engaged in fraudulent activity — including bonus abuse, collusion, chargeback fraud, or use of prohibited software — will be permanently terminated and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes subsequent amendments thereto.
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use the Services. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. par98 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using par98 is lawful in your jurisdiction. par98 does not warrant that its Services are legal in all locations. If you are accessing par98 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own legal risk and par98 accepts no liability in this regard.
2.3 One Account Rule. Each individual may register only one (1) Account on par98. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where par98 identifies duplicate Accounts, all associated Accounts may be suspended, any outstanding balances forfeited, and pending withdrawals cancelled.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. par98 may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
2.5 Account Approval. par98 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such decision.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, write them down in an unsecured location, or use credentials that are identical to those used on other platforms.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify par98 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. par98 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. par98 offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) to all Account holders. While not mandatory, par98 strongly recommends that all Players enable 2FA to protect their Account and PKR balance.
3.4 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge or authorisation, except in cases where par98 has been duly notified of a security breach and has failed to take reasonable action to address it.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. par98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL IBFT, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard. par98 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed in the par98 cashier at the time of transaction and may be updated by par98 from time to time.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to be credited, subject to the processing timelines of the issuing bank. par98 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account, subject to verification requirements. par98 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your par98 Account are legally owned by you and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. par98 is obligated to report any suspected financial misconduct to relevant authorities as required by its licensing conditions.
4.6 Segregated Funds. Player funds held in par98 Accounts are maintained in accounts segregated from par98's operational funds. This means your PKR balance is protected from par98's corporate financial obligations.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and cashback offers issued by par98 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the offer documentation.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses and associated winnings expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the offer terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically and are not recoverable.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. par98 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, and structured wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, par98 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings and to terminate the Account.
5.5 Eligibility. par98 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion. Not all promotions are available to all Account holders. Bonus offers may be geographically restricted or limited to specific player segments.
6.1 Game Rules. Each casino game available on par98 is governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to game outcomes, while these Terms govern account and financial matters.
6.2 RNG Certification. par98 casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited as part of par98's international licensing process. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment the relevant action is taken and cannot be influenced by par98, the Player, or any third party.
6.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on par98, including cricket, PSL, and other markets, are subject to the par98 Sportsbook Rules published on the platform. par98 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets in accordance with those rules where, for example, an event is abandoned, a market is settled in error, or evidence of match manipulation is identified.
6.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game or system malfunction, par98 reserves the right to void all affected bets and wagers. par98 will not be liable for any losses arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake placed in the affected round.
6.5 Maximum Winnings. par98 reserves the right to impose maximum winnings limits on individual games, bet types, or promotional periods. These limits will be communicated within the relevant game or betting market where applicable.
7.1 Commitment. par98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. par98 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to all Account holders and actively encourages their use.

If par98 identifies or suspects that an Account is held by an individual under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended.
7.4 Player Obligations. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that par98 does not guarantee any winnings. You accept sole responsibility for your gambling decisions and for the impact those decisions may have on your personal finances and wellbeing.
8.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on par98 and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:
8.2 Account Termination. par98 reserves the right to terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been violated. Upon termination for breach, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be subject to investigation before release, and Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
8.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting par98 support. Any verified Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
9.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in and to the par98 platform, including its design, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game content, and written materials, are owned by or licensed to par98. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in par98's intellectual property.
9.2 Limited Licence. par98 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the par98 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any par98 content.
9.3 Restrictions. You must not use par98's brand name, logo, or any associated intellectual property in any manner not expressly authorised by par98 in writing.
10.1 Platform Availability. par98 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond par98's control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, par98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the par98 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.3 Cap on Liability. Where par98's liability cannot be excluded by law, par98's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your par98 Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Third-Party Services. par98 is not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers used in connection with the Services.
11.1 Privacy Policy. par98's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the par98 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
11.2 Data Collection. par98 collects personal data necessary for Account registration, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and platform improvement. par98 does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
11.3 Regulatory Disclosure. par98 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units as required by its international licensing obligations or applicable law. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with applicable data protection principles.
12.1 Right to Amend. par98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, par98 will notify registered Account holders via email to their registered address and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the par98 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using par98 and request Account closure in accordance with Section 8.3.
12.3 Notification Period. Where reasonably practicable, par98 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice of material amendments to these Terms before they come into effect. Amendments necessitated by regulatory requirements or legal obligations may take immediate effect.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which par98 holds its international gaming license, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of a different jurisdiction.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of par98, you are encouraged to contact par98 customer support in the first instance. par98 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints procedure.
13.3 Complaints Procedure. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to [email protected]. par98 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal procedures, it may be escalated to par98's licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
13.4 Waiver of Class Action. You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and that you waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding against par98.
